About Me

After a long and rewarding career in MedTech, which allowed me to travel worldwide, I now reside in Florida with my husband, Paul, our golden retrievers, Sheldon and Penny, and our cat, Cooper. Sheldon participates in the Golden Retriever Lifetime Study, helping to identify risk factors for diseases in dogs.

I am passionate about fitness, enjoying weight training, Pilate's, power walking, and pickleball. I'm also a dedicated golfer and active member of the Florida State Golf Association (FSGA).  

I believe experiences are priceless and strive to live each day to the fullest.
